本條款適用於所有顧客在訂購、付款及收貨時所需遵守的規則與責任。
These terms apply to all customers regarding ordering, payment, and delivery responsibilities.

 

訂購與付款 | Ordering & Payment

  • 所有訂單須經確認後方可安排出貨。
    All orders must be confirmed before dispatch is arranged.

  • 請於指定時間內完成付款,以確保配送安排。
    Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure delivery.

  • 我們接受銀行轉帳及指定電子支付方式。
    We accept bank transfers and approved digital payment methods.

 

配送與自取 | Delivery & Pickup

  • 配送僅限於指定地區,詳情請參閱配送資訊。
    Delivery is limited to specified areas. Please refer to the Shipping Information section.

  • 自取需提前預約,並於約定時間內完成領取。
    Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed within the agreed time.

  • 若因地址錯誤或無人收貨導致配送失敗,需由顧客承擔相關費用。
    Customers are responsible for any failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability.

 

食品安全與保存 | Food Safety & Storage

  • 所有產品均以冷凍包裝出貨,請於收貨後即時冷藏或冷凍保存。
    All items are shipped frozen. Please refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receipt.

  • 我們不對因儲存不當導致的品質變化負責。
    We are not liable for quality changes due to improper storage.

 

取消與更改訂單 | Order Changes & Cancellation

  • 訂單一經確認後不得取消,特殊情況請聯絡我們協助處理。
    Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For special cases, please contact us for assistance.

  • 若需更改配送日期或地址,請於原定出貨日前至少48小時通知。
    To change delivery date or address, please notify us at least 48 hours before dispatch.
