本條款適用於所有顧客在訂購、付款及收貨時所需遵守的規則與責任。
These terms apply to all customers regarding ordering, payment, and delivery responsibilities.

 

訂購與付款 | Ordering & Payment

  • 所有訂單須經確認後方可安排出貨。
    All orders must be confirmed before dispatch is arranged.

  • 請於指定時間內完成付款，以確保配送安排。
    Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure delivery.

  • 我們接受銀行轉帳及指定電子支付方式。
    We accept bank transfers and approved digital payment methods.

 

配送與自取 | Delivery & Pickup

  • 配送僅限於指定地區，詳情請參閱配送資訊。
    Delivery is limited to specified areas. Please refer to the Shipping Information section.

  • 自取需提前預約，並於約定時間內完成領取。
    Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed within the agreed time.

  • 若因地址錯誤或無人收貨導致配送失敗，需由顧客承擔相關費用。
    Customers are responsible for any failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability.

 

食品安全與保存 | Food Safety & Storage

  • 所有產品均以冷凍包裝出貨，請於收貨後即時冷藏或冷凍保存。
    All items are shipped frozen. Please refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receipt.

  • 我們不對因儲存不當導致的品質變化負責。
    We are not liable for quality changes due to improper storage.

  • 由於相片嘅光線、顏色設定同拍攝角度可能有所不同，產品實物外觀或會與相片略有差異。網站上嘅圖片只供參考，實際產品可能會有少量不同。產品包裝亦有機會與網站所示不完全相同。Due to variations in lighting, colour settings, and angles, the appearance of products in photos may differ from the actual items. Images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and the products may vary slightly from those images. Packaging may also differ from what is shown on the website.

取消與更改訂單 | Order Changes & Cancellation

  • 訂單一經確認後不得取消，特殊情況請聯絡我們協助處理。
    Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For special cases, please contact us for assistance.

  • 若需更改配送日期或地址，請於原定出貨日前至少48小時通知。
    To change delivery date or address, please notify us at least 48 hours before dispatch.

  • 如遇不可預見的情況（例如：食材或原材料短缺、停電、供水問題、道路封閉等不可抗力因素）而導致我們無法按時生產，我們保留取消訂單的權利。In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as shortages of ingredients or raw materials, power outages, water supply issues, road closures, or other force majeure events—that prevent us from producing on schedule, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
