退款條件 | Eligibility

  • 所有食品為冷凍類產品,售出後恕不接受因個人喜好或保存不當而要求退款。
    As all items are frozen food products, we do not accept refunds due to personal preference or improper storage.

  • 若產品在配送過程中損壞或錯誤,請於收貨後24小時內聯絡我們並提供照片證明。
    If items are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence.

 

處理方式 | Resolution

  • 經確認後,我們可提供退款、換貨或補送服務,視情況而定。
    Once verified, we may offer a refund, replacement, or redelivery depending on the situation.

  • 所有退款將以原付款方式退回,處理時間約為3–5個工作天。
    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to process.
